Andre, this is great!

Any chance you can help (or calculate the values to enter into the TraqDash) for the 0-100 psi brass pressure sensor?

I am thinking of adding an AEM AF to my car. Will the traqdash allow me to then scroll to somewhere I can read my AF ratio? Can I set alarm so the warning light comes on the TraqDash?

Yes you can scroll to the analog inputs gauge screen, it will look something like this. And yes you can have the alarms pop up next to the LED side warning lights.

Andre',

I am having major issues with my water and oil temp readings.
I have called Traqmate multiple times and still can't get this figured out.
I am running AEM sensors now, which Traqmate recommended, but cannot get them to read accurately. I even tried your settings above and it still reads extremely high no matter what I do.
Even with setting the low at "0", it automatically shows 230 degrees on the water temp, when I know it is 130 or less. I haven't even begun to work on the oil temp yet.

Obviously something is way off, but I cannot find anyone who can explain what needs to be done to get this to read accurately.

I just installed an AEM 30-4100 wideband UEGO air fuel ratio gauge in my Spec Miata. I connected the output to my Traqmate TraqDash using the default settings in the Traqmate hardware. The numbers shown on the gauge are consistently about 1.5 leaner than that being reported on the Traqmate.

Has something changed?

I've noticed some complaints from some others on various threads on sensor calibration & the difference in voltage inputs (4.5 actual instead of 5.0) from the various traqdata modules.

I finally found a decent formula for voltage drops, and plugged in the AEM values. These seem to work on my setup accurately enough:

AEM Temperature (30-2012) with 2,200 ohm pull-up circuit as recommended

Deg F Voltage
176 1.671429
185 1.500000
194 1.372038
203 1.228354
212 1.097938
221 0.980626
230 0.874954
239 0.780992
248 0.696696
257 0.620690
266 0.554205
275 0.495146
284 0.444285
293 0.397223
302 0.356007

The "Low" point should be a maximum temperature, the "High" should be a minimum. I try to keep it within a 60-degree spread of temperatures otherwise they don't stay accurate. For a typical water temperature setup I'll do it as follows:
Low: 0.780992 volts (239 F)
High: 1.671429 volts (176 F)
Alarm: Above 225.

For the pressure gauges, I like the brass 150psi sensor (30-2131-150). There's no resistor and the calibration is a pretty direct:

Low 0.45 (0 psi)
High 4.05 (150 psi)

If you use the 100 psi brass sensor use the same voltages with the high value being 100 psi instead.

This seems to work decently on my setup across two different cars.
