"Pins are not connected" error

I downloaded my sessions and my videos from the 2017 J500 at Summit Point. All seemed to download to my PC in the normal fashion. I had the occasional "corrupt lap" in my data which I weeded out. I am able to play the videos from the Mobius camera with MS Media Player so the videos are OK. When I go into set-up in Traqview and try to link my video with the data I get the following error messages:

Could not open the file: and then the file location of my video on my PC.

Error: put_Owner(0x4106E2) Failed
Error 0x80040209, The operation cannot be performed because the pins are not connected.

Does this have something to do with the synch of the data and video? I am quite sure that all of my connections are tight. The Traqdash does start the camera normally when it acquires the satellites. I suppose I can try cleaning the contacts on all of the connections with electronic contact cleaner.

Any ideas?

Is there still any tech support from Traqmate?
